#Transferred games not working

So I recently copied several games (all digital) from my old Xbox One to my Xbox Series X. When it finished the games weren’t showing up in my full library, and when I tried to launch any of them, I would always get an error code 0x803f8001. Initially I was using two separate profiles but this was still happening even after I added my old profile onto my new console.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

I looked there before, but it wasn’t helpful

uninstall the game and then redownload it from teh correct account, instead of using the 'copied' version

The thing is it never shows up in my full library so if I uninstall it it kind of just disappears

uninstall the game that doesn't work, then go in to the store app, find the game, and reinstall it

though it sounds a lot like you either bought the games on a different account, or there was another person's account on your old xbox with it set to 'home' mode
