Yeah that's definitely drift. They prob need to replace the whole joystick system. If they can't do that, replace the joystick itself. If that doesn't work, it might be time to buy a new controller.
So, even after I send it to get a repair, it still has drift?
So you still have drift, right?
Did you tell them to replace the joystick or the joystick system, like the controls of the joystick.
The inside part, components.
The inside part
And they replaced the inside part and there's still drift?
Okay. This might seem weird of me to suggest.
So push down on both of your thumbsticks.
And then circulate with them, still pressing down.
Do you think maybe dust or debris got into your joysticks?
Maybe
Alright so just do the motions I told you to do and test it out.
Alright
If that doesn't work, you can try moving your sticks to the left, push in, and blow into the hole to get any debris that is potentially blocking the stick.
Or pull out, whatever creates a hole,
Ok, I'm gonna try
Oh woops
And if that doesn't work, idk, maybe I'll have to see other people to repair it

If it doesn't work, you might have to take apart your controller and clean the stuff inside if any.
And if THAT doesn't work, it may be time for a new controller. Since the repair shop couldn't fix it.
I see
