Trying to setup remote play and also so i can download games from my phone to the console.
When i press add an existing console and press next, it says sign in and then on your console which i have but i don’t know what else to do from that point on. Idk if im supposed to wait for something

you dont need remote play in order to download games to your console. You can just sign into the xbox app on your phone and use the store
any games you download will preload on your console. You can install any game from the app with out having to pay. Then once you want to play you just select buy on console.

just tried it, again it’s the same issue it shows the button to install but it’s like dark and won’t let me actually install despite me being logged in
i tried searching cod ww2 on the console itself but it doesn’t even show up it’s just some hunting game called call of the wild or smthn
it’s crazy because this is a game i’ve downloaded and bought yet it doesn’t show up on the home screen

well when i turn on the console and press the add existing console it just basically just waits for eternity on the “turn on your console and sign in with your account” screen even though i alr did it

i can’t it’s like i don’t have full settings its been this way since around the summer when i noticed the whole x box layout change
i just have a vertical list that mentions:
Account
Safety and Privacy
Audio and Video
Accessibility
Input
And all the options of these r also limited when i go into audio and video for example its just a toggle that says: enable navigation sounds

anyways i searched on youtube how to disable a child account but it won’t let me go to the part i need to, its not listed
