Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Ive tried pulling the joystick up a bit, tapping the back of the controller, then pulling it back in and blowing back in the controller
i cant post pictures sadly
character seemed to move without me touching the joystick on fortnite, changed the deadzones a little, but now it seems to work fine
would that be considered stickdrift?
I can send it to the guys ive bought it from to get it repaired for free, but idk if I EVEN have stickdrift at this point
does it only happen in fn?
Fn and RL are the only games i play with controller to begin with, so i think yes?
Yes its ur dead zone.
So no stickdrift?
I dont think so what were ur deadzones?
both sticks on 5%
???
no problem with the right stick, just the left stick going to the right every time
in fortnite
not that i know of, no
talking about the xbox app, i have it open rn with my controller plugged in
but the left stick does not go to the right wirhout me touching it
So its good?
I guess? Idk anything about controllers, thats why i asked in here xd
Same I just have one and have encountered the issue and I realised its the deadzone
but why does only the left stick have it on fortnite? and not also the right stick
I really dont know
hmm, well thanks for the help. imma go cancel the repair thing i had planned
