i got a xbox wireless controller and a usb c cable it worked 3 months very good but since last week if i move with the controller it disconnects and it doesnt reconect. Sometimes the cable is no longer recognized at all

This sounds like the port or the connector has become damaged. Had the controller been dropped while connected?

If it's with the cable then you'll need a new one, but since you said that whenever you move with the controller it disconnects, then probably a problem with the USB C port on the controller. Probably loose or damaged internally.
