hello, I bought an Xbox GamePass Ultimate gift card for 1 month and I entered the code on my console. They then asked me for a credit card number which I entered. Then there is this screen that is displayed and when I click on confirm, nothing happens and I can no longer go to cancel or display the conditions. However, I can open the Xbox menu and go to the home page. I tried restarting the console but it does the same thing. Could someone help me please.
