Hi. I have a little problem. I'm trying to buy a game with the sale of my Xbox account (5 euros earned with Microsoft Rewards) while paying the rest with my bank card. At first everything works perfectly, it gives me the correct amounts to pay, then when I look at the message to validate on the bank application it asks me to pay the entire amount for the game. I tried several times and nothing happened. done it. Do you know how to solve this problem ?

Is it even possible to pay with your Microsoft account balance and then complete the remaining with your credit card ? I know the option is there but maybe it doesn't work. If it's not possible then the problem is solved

the total will show the total of the order amount but the basket screen will brake down the payment and let you select your credit or should

I meant that my credit card paid the full amount when it's only supposed to pay half the price. The game is 8.99. My account balance is 5. So I'm supposed to pay 3.99. But I received a warning from my bank saying that I will be paying 8.99 euros

you just need to make sure you select your account blance on the basket it show something like this

Card XXXX 3.99
Total 8.99

on the basket screen you should see
Microsoft Balance 5.00
Card XXXX 3.99
Total 8.99
as long as this show like this then you will pay like that but the toal will show 8.99.
