#XBOX PC APP CONTROLLER NOT WORKING

2 days ago i bought a game called streets of rage 4 and when i connect my controller the app thinks that my xbox controller is a keyboard and the controller has pc keybinds. randomly sometimes the game recognises i have a controller and lets me play but most of the time it thinks my controller is a keyboard. i reinstalled the game and made sure that my controller is connected to my pc but it just wont work. any other game like brawlhalla for example works fine with my controller streets of rage 4 is the only issue.

Actually, it may not matter. The controller can switch between gamepad and keyboard / mouse control modes by pressing the menu and view buttons (the two buttons beneath the backlit Xbox logo on the controller).

And I booted up the game right now it’s working on my Xbox controls now

But if I close it and re open again it will think my controller is a keyboard again

So sometimes it works but most times it doesn’t

And I don’t know how it’s on my Xbox controller now I’m tryna figure out how to switch
