#trouble buying jn game items

there is a buying section in privacy settings i would say thats where you need to look
I cannot find the buying section is it in the main list of options for privacy and online safety
I have custom account settings would it need to be adult? I bought something only two days ago so in not sure whats changed
depends what setttings you want custom is fine but something is blocking your purachses so As advised check you purachse privacy settings
the screen gives you infomation on what each means and what they allow
I really have no clue, ive gone account>privacy and online safety but i cannot find any purchase options, the only one is buy and download options but that only changes ask before buying
click onxbox privacy then select view and customise

this is all in privacy settings since that's what you said you needed to change.
At this point all we can say is too read what I said and read what the screen is telling you.
Thats what my xbox told me to change so i could allow buying and downloading
