storage problem

when i try and transfer a game to my external hard drive it says i can’t play it on my xbox, the only games i can play are the ones i have on my internal hard drive, i have a series x

Serise games are not playable on external hard drive for serise conolse there for storages only

Only 360 and One are playable on external hard drive

Yeah so if you want play serise games on additional hard drive you need expansion card there not cheap but you don't have to swap

If you buy external hard drive you can only storage games you have to transfer em all the time when you wanna play or swap

I have a sea gate external hard drive and it won’t even let me download one games, it just says installation stopped
