#XBOX ACCOUNT LOCKED/RECOVERY

Got locked out of my account for "security" as I logged on to a new PC, but the email I used to create account has but unrecoverable for years. I got my phone number and a secondary email attached to it but they dont show up as options to get security code sent to for the recovery questions. Everything I fill out for the recovery form gets the AI to deny the recovery effort (account is 2008 old and its asking for xbox 360/xbox one LIVE IDs which i havent played in over a year and dont have anymore). Any advise on contacting a human at Microsoft? Ive tried the support website, and they want me to login to my account (which obviously i cannot)

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
