I need to find a way to communicate with someone from microsoft support. Their website says they have phone nubmers and live chat but won't directly let you connect to them. My roomate has an active xbox live account that was attached to my old email which I can no longer access. I have tried to recover it 10+ times but keep getting denied. I need to speak to someone directly. My friend has been actively using this xbox live account spending thousands of dollars into characters with recent purchases. I now have the lost password but it still wants me to recover the account which I am unable to do.

How can we contact Microsoft and actually speak to someone without having to use a self service channel, can someone please help me?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

yes well I have already used this link and it is incredible difficult.. and somehow they say I don't have enough information which is ridiculous. I'm still going to try to do whatever else that I can.

why does xbox have zero customer service.. this is insane.. i'm not the only one who feels this way, no one is able to find or get help. This is crazy
