If i changed my accout's country, could I then change it again? or will it ask me to provide a payment method to change it again?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Do not change your account region unless you have physically moved to live in a different country.

Changing region otherwise is marketplace fraud, violates Terms of Service and can lead to an account ban.
