My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate expires on Jan 5, 2024. I just redeemed a 12 month XBOX live code which was gifted over the festive holidays, and I believe it is 3:2 conversion rate, yet my new subscription date expires June 5th, 2024. Isn’t the conversion rate 8 months, or am I wrong?

I redeemed “12 Month XBOX Live GOLD membership” which should be 3:2 conversion, so 8 months?

Xbox Support Chat has said I have been given the wrong conversion rate and now has emailed the internal team to add 3 more months. Thanks for the support guys, now we wait for the correction.

So cause I redeemed the code whilst being an ultimate member, I only got 3/1 conversion. Not 3:2?
