Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

wireless
If your Chromebook doesn’t have Bluetooth support it won’t connect.
Is it not appearing when you attempt to find the device?
Disconnect it from your Xbox
Hold down the connect button till it starts flashing, and open your Bluetooth settings on the Chromebook and find the device
and everytime i turn off my xbox and i turn on xbox it will re turn on the xbox
how do i stop it @fresh patrol
Are you holding the reconnect button and it does that?
Deal with it for now, just allow your headphones to start “searching” and connect them to the Chromebook. There shouldn’t be a problem after you do that
Yeah open the Bluetooth page on your Chromebook, should say something along the lines of “add device” and while the light on your headphones is blinking connect
i plug in usb or no
