just googling the headset and looking at the specs its a wireless headset so does not use USB or HDMI. It connects to the console using xbox wireless protocol so there's no dongle needed either,

There's a usb c dongle. Of course a usb to c adapter is included

damn thank yall for the help appreciate it

cold blaze

It connects to the console in the same way the wireless xbox controller connects to the console.

#

There are literally dongles

#

You don't have to use Bluetooth

cold blaze
#

no

#

I own the headset wdym no

cold blaze
#

the headset does not support bluetooth or does the console

#

or does it have a USB C port

Do you own this headset?

cold blaze
#

no but those are screenshots from the Razor Official website ie the page. I linked above yesterday it clearly says that the headset does away with the dongle. No xbox consoles support bluetooth the controllers support bluetooth for connecting to PC. Also there is no USBC port on any xbox console so your theory on it connects with USB C dongle is incorrect.

#

Then what's this?

#

If you don't own the headset dont respond, just makes it all look hella dumb

#

a usb c adapter

#

okay no worries but what i said is correct. that adapter is for connecting the headset to other devices as your screenshot shows.

In conclusion, this headset is compatible with PC, Xbox and PS through every option in the box

#

Thanks and good night or morning idk where you are

User is asking about how it connects to the Xbox. Mentioning the optional dongle for other devices is some detour to said that the Xbox doesn’t use it.

#

The Xbox uses the dongle

#

And ALSO the Xbox link thingy

#

Its not one way, the dongle exists for Multi Platform connection

No dongle required.

Kaira for Xbox, Kaira Pro, and Kaira Hyperspeed are different models.

dull sphinx
#

Pigeon is specifically talking about the Kaira Hyperspeed, which is a different headset

#

You can see the Hyperspeed here with the dongle and that they specifically call out connection type of "Wireless via USB Type-C Dongle"

#

so if you buy the Kaira for Xbox, Space Raiders was correct, no dongle or anything to plug in, it pairs directly to the console 🙂

#

Finally an intelligent being, thank you for the info, I didn't know the dongle isn't included in all models.

The question title as Razer Kaira and Series S/X as the tag I was always talking about that model and my links are for that model. 🙂

# tawdry meadow now im confused🔥🔥

Just ignore everything Pigeon was saying because he was adding to the confusion. 🙂 The Razer Kaira Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox, which you were asking about originally, connects without any additional adapters (no HDMI, no USB, etc), it will pair with the console using the proprietary wireless protocol just like the controller does. 🙂
