I redeemed the card on my Microsoft account, but at the checkout, there is no option to pay with Microsoft account balance. Only with a credit card, or with a redeemed promo code (Which I already used). I tried entering the promo code anyways, and it said that the code had already been used. I have researched this issue on forums, and have found nothing to help my issue.
