#Gift Card used once and no longer works

So i used my gift card once to buy something on xbox and it no longer works to buy anything online now, I tried using it on my phone and it didnt work, I trird removing it as a payment option and adding it back again and it didn't work

sorry i probably should have elaborated but it was a visa gift card and i just cant use it at all now but it says its active, just realized that it probably doesn't belong in this server
