xbox cloud gaming

So my xbox cloud gaming is really laggy all the time and i cant play ut smoothly.the thing is i need to change the streaming quality of cloud gaming.for instance,when i play on app of pc it is smooth but the quality is too bad and when i play on browser the quality is forces 1080p which is also a problem.so i just want to optimize it to a length where i can play it smoothly but not too bad the quality at the same time
