I recently created a club for my friends to join and play together. However when I try to look for a club or the club that I made, there is no option at all. The specifics of how I created the club:
-
Since I am on pc and I wanted to make a club, I clicked create a club (From Forza Horizon 5) and it allowed me to create it. Once I did create the club, it had an option to view club info, so I clicked on that and it brought me to the Xbox app for pc. Instead of showing me the club info for my club it just shows the startup/Home Screen for the Xbox app, with no option for clubs or community tabs.
-
Things I have tried to fix this include: Looking at Xbox support website and seeing if there was an option related to my issue that would help, and I couldn’t find anything regarding clubs not showing up on the app on pc. Reinstalling the Xbox App. Restarting Services related to Xbox on my computer. Signing out and in again. Checking to see if the firewall for windows was blocking a certain aspect of the Xbox App.
I know Xbox recently discontinued support for Xbox console companion app for windows, and they said all the features would transfer to Xbox App for pc. What boggles me is that my friends who play on console can see my club and join it, but I can’t even see it and manage it. Another thing that also confuses me is when I look for the Xbox app on the Microsoft store, it shows pictures of it having the community tab, but yet when I install the app, no community tab at all. At this point I’m thinking of buying a Xbox console just to edit my club if nothing else will work.
