am having trouble with my xbox 1 its turning on and showing the xbox green logo opener thing, but when that over it only shows a black screen but when i hold my controller it shows the "what do you want to do?" thing with the options of turn off console, turn of controller and reset console those 2 are the only thing that shows up other then hos its just a black screen
