I got another problem on my console, it’s a Xbox one x, is it normal in a way that when I connect the charger on the front usb port to my controller it will charge but if I’m to try something outside of that such as connecting a iPhone usb charge and plug it in my phone to the other end it won’t work why is that?

so your plugging a USB into your xbox and then plugging that into your phone? No that will not work use a PC.
