yes. only a select few that were optimized could be played off the hdd like ac odyssey, ac origins could that i know off hand.

we have no idea how big the game is since it was just got the first official trailer this month. they didnt even mark a release date yet. its just too early to say anything. 2025 is 2 years from now. dont take leaks as nobody knows except for rockstar devs who wont spill anything til its close to release officially
plus it has a possibility of delays as well
