When i enter a game from an account i didnt download the game from from it , Two squares appear for me, a box that says End the game from the (primary) account, knowing that I did not run the game with the primary account, and a box that says Log out from the primary account. When I press the End game button from the primary account and enter the game, it does not work and takes me out of it.

That’s not what that dialog means, that means that the same account is playing a game on two different consoles. You need to choose whether to end the game on the other console or the one you’re on (sounds like you’re choosing the one you’re on).
