#Problems with My Xbox one S? I believe

So i am deciding to sell my consoles and buy A next gen console but my xbox one has a storage problem i believe….it could be the thermal paste too since since I got it i never re applied thermal paste but it should give me a heat warning right? But it doesn’t give me one it just freezes up and doesn’t do anything then i also lost my account information and my Xbox controller and am trying to figure out how to use it with a keyboard i don’t care about what‘s in the xbox i just wanna wipe it since i had a bad past on it any help is appreciated

I do have a xbox controller but it has stick drift and idk how to fix it
