so i’ve normally use an ethernet to use wifi with my xbox but i just got on and it’s not working and it says i “additional authentication needed” saying how i if i want to connect to the network i need to enter more info and talking bout a alternate MAC adress but idk what that is and i’ve restarted my wifi and my xbox used both wired and a wireless connection and nothing works
