My account was locked/hacked over a year ago i contacted xbox support trying to get it back bc all my info got changed now idk what to do i have lots of valuable stuff in there and ive been trying to get it back for over a year i have all the old info but not the new one bc it was changed.

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

Nobody here can help you with account issues, let aone an account which was hacked/stolen/locked over a year ago.
You have to work with support. That is the only way.

IF you do not have access to the account info required, then you won't be getting in to the account.
Microsoft accounts are more than just an email, or Xbox. They are tied in to so much more and can give access to so much information. Giving someone access to an account they cannot validate as the owner of is such a security risk.
