xbox game pass ultimate will let me install games but not play online

Yesterday i bought a 1 month xbox game pass ultimate gift card and redeemed it, and when i went to play any game it would just say i didn't have the right requirement to play online, this appears in every game, but in some games it's different: when i try to play an online match it opens the game pass ultimate purchase page, after that it gives me an error and then lets me play online on that game (for that session) with no problems. I had this problem since yesterday and it apparently fixed itself and then came back. What should I do? Please I'm desperate
