#can't play anything

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Hard reboot it maybe? Unplug it for at least 1-3min and plug back in
you haven't really said what is wrong, so other than 'reboot maybe?' there isn't a 'fix' that we can provide
what exactly happens?
black screen?
xbox hard crash?
an error message?

the moment i open any game
it shows service/ network issue, check interent settings
and when i check my internet settings from the settings menu on my xbox, it says xbox service issue :- purcahse and subscription. it is not a problem from my end right?
