Kind of an odd question but let’s say I had a game I bought digitally on my Xbox months ago. If I ever had to sell my Xbox and If that game ever came on to GamePass or was already on GamePass would I have to restart my progress or would it sync?

once you buy a game you own it and you have access to the same save where ever you sign in.

Okay awesome thank you! By that same token if a game is on gamepass but not the DLC I could purchase the DLC and then play it via Gamepass
