Hi, my controller is connected to my PC via USB and currently am trying to update its firmware as it hasn't been used for months now. I click on Update now on the Xbox Accessories app set to the right controller, but its been roughly 30 minutes and it is still at 0% applying update. I tried to reinstall the app and restart my PC and changing cables but it wouldn't work. Help would be greatly appreciated!
