as long it connects via hdmi it would be fine with ur 1. there is also no way u would get 165hz on the 1s it only support upto to 120fps on series consoles

for an xbox one s i think that most games only run at 30 to 60+ fps (depends on the game u play tbf)

so ig there's no point buying a monitor with a high enough refresh rate (higher than 120hz) for a 7 yr old console

Buy according to your pc

If you buy a monitor with more refresh rate than your Xbox, the Xbox will just cap it but you’ll get better display when using your PC

It will be fine for ur pc. Buy ur monitor that can match or better than ur current pc perf. Xb1s could do at best 60fps.
