installation issues

I’ve had installation issues with a game and I’ve tried turning it off and on, restarting, and unplugging the console but nothings fixing it, what do I do?

did u try restarting router or trying to push the download on the xbox app on mobile app?

I’m pretty sure I tried restarting the router, I’ll try it again when I get back home

tried it and i just gets stuck on the game being in the queue, but its stuck at 0%

Only other thing u could do is factory reset ur console

How drastic is that? i know theres the option to keep games and apps but does that remove any saved data on them or does it keep the data?

Save games and purchases and stuff are all synced to the cloud.

and its just for the console you do it on right? it wont affect a different console you own?

Correct. When you factory reset your console, only the console you press the buttons on is impacted.
