Hello, could someone help me? The 3 month nitro code won't let me redeem it since it tells me to review the requirements or redeem it on another website (my account never had a game pass since I know the code is a trial code) and still nothing, the chat support is disabled they don't let me at any time

Nitro = Discord
Game Pass = Xbox
Nitro =/= Game Pass
