I have tried and succeeded, I have performed the following 3 actions:
1/ Setting - System - storage - temporary files and remove all
2/ Search: "gpedit.msc", Administrative Templates => Windows Components => Search -> Allow cortana => Enabled - OK
3/ Restar and update Microsoft Store, Xbox bar => Done

Nothing I did worked I would say if you don't fix it with Powershell or turning off IPv6 then try this you go to the first link and it will give you a URL directory and that second link is is access the file directory
