Games aren’t launching after the December 2 update

After updating my Xbox to the December 2 Update, my games refuse to launch: opening a game shows the background of the game then it fades to black and sends me to the Xbox main menu.

I don't have a series Xs but try restarting your console

Also check how warm it is, might be overheating a bit but idk with new gen
