you have windows 11 ? a reset will delete all apps from your laptop / pc including games. It does not delete windows ( need to select this ).

this was the only way what helped me. I tried powershell commands i tried CMD commands, i tried reset store and delete cache but NOTHING. Its just microsoft slacking to fix this bs. SO a pc reset was the only way for me
i was busy with it for about 7 hours yestetd=rday
and this was the only thing left i could do
if you do it, make sure you take a screenshot of your app logins on your own mobile phone .. USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS. It helped me allot
i was done downloading all my stuff and logins again in no time
and now i have xbox pc pass and playing gears
so happy hahah
NOTE !!!! it could be after reset your harddisk will not show all partitions as it did with me. You can fix that aswel. I just merged my D and E together. Videos show on youtube how to do that too
