So my friend is troubleshooting an issue on her xbox one s where she will start a game or app on her xbox and it will say there is no internet even though there is a connection, it’s been doing this since yesterday and we’ve tried restarting it, resetting the router, unplugging the xbox, going offline then restarting then turning the xbox connection back on, nothing is working, another thing we’re noticing is she doesn’t show up on my xbox as online, some of her friends appear as online but they’re not, and her time is wrong on the xbox, anyone know how to troubleshoot that?
