Hello all,

Just a quick question- this weekend I got gifted a 12 month Xbox Live Gold membership from a family member for a special occasion,

I currently have Xbox GPU until 6th Jan, 2024. Do I redeem this code and it converts it to extra GPU months, or do I need to wait for the current subscription to expire, redeem the code and re purchase 1 month of GPU to get the conversion?

Yes, you can redeem the code now and it will give you 8 months of Ultimate.

Sorry, I just realised it’s a Xbox Game Pass core subscription, the same applies I assume?
