I keep connecting my Discord and Xbox accounts together and they get linked but on my Xbox, it shows the option to relink. I am really wanting to chat on my Xbox with Discord but they don't seem to be linking on my console. And yes, after I link them they do show up on my linked services but my Xbox just disagrees. HELP NEEDED ASAP PLEASE
