I can't get my account on authenticator because I need authenticator to get into the account, which I don't have, microsoft has locked me out of my account for 30 days, anything to help?

Microsoft can't just understand that I own my account
I' ve had to ditch all of my progress in all my games just cuz I didn't play for a while, I can't reset my password either.
I'm getting fed up with this now.

Doesn't work, Even with just resetting passwords it needs authenticator
I'll try it once more but If that doesn't work I might just scrap the account

It's not that I forgot anything it's the fact I'm being locked out of authenticator and effectively my account.
I need authenticator, to log into authenticator, using the authenticator

Tried this and it kept wanting me to use authenticator
