#loading into games not working

I try loading into my games and then I load in for a little bit but my game goes into black screen and then kicks me out. I’ve tried deleting the game and saving my data and it didn’t work. If anyone could help asap that would be good.

Do you have an external hard drive connected?
Are there any error messages, or does it just quietly go back to the dashboard?

I had replug my hdmi cord into the Xbox and it worked
