what are you refering too exactly by xbox save transfer no such thing. What are you trying to do?

trying to get my account back when i called them they said i need to complete txt file and send to
Secure file exchange or smh like that (they send me link)

okay so you cant signinto your account and tryiong to recover it? Have you tried resetting the password? If you want to fill out an account recovery form you do this here https://account.live.com/acsr
