my Xbox one shows the green starting up sign and then shows a black screen, it says Hi “ my name “ and that’s the only source of showing that my Xbox is still alive and also when I hold down the controller logo button it brings up “ turn off console or controller or reset console” any ideas? I’ve factory reset, checked the cords more than 12 times and done every solution there is on community support on google.
