For some reason in the last 24 hours my Xbox series S just has stopped working. Games won’t let me click onto them and once I can finally load on it crashes and says game took too long to start. External storage keep on disconnecting and then connecting again. Controller randomly disconnects and sometimes buttons just don’t do anything. Absolutely no idea what has caused this. Anyone able to help ?

Have you tried hard rebooting the console yet? (Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, wait 10 seconds, turn back on).
If that doesn't solve it, unplug all your USB hard drives, then hard boot again, and see if it's working.
