yes, they’ve been working, but then the power brick broke but so we got a new one and when we turned it on it was a blank screen.

see if hdmi cable works with another device besides ur xbox like switch/ps/pc etc

okay, yes it works but now I figured out when you hold down the button on your controller it brings up the options

like turn off controller/console or reset the console

u could try to replace cable but it seems to be the hdmi port.

there’s these two cords that seem pretty loose

and their the hdmi cables so I’m not sure

Does it matter which side goes into the tv and into the xbox?

u can try replacing hdmi cable if u think thats the issue. but if it is the port more than likely u need to find a game shop to can do the repair as ms support repair support on xb1 og years ago.
