Grindy right stick on series x controller

The right stick on my controller is acting up a bit, it’s hard to describe, but grindy basically describes it. I can see a lil bit of dirt, but I can’t think of any way to get it out. Suggestions would be appreciated (the controller is about 14 weeks old
