I want to add a password each time someone logs in my account on a console so my friend can't necessarily play anytime he wants on my account but i need to be able to add that password remotely since im far from my friend

You can't you need to be on the xbox your friend owns that has your account

If you have the Xbox linked to the app, you can edit with remote play.

Also the friends xbox needs to be on the setting where the xbox enters sleep mode if not you won't be able to do that also I believe the xbox need to have remote play enable

You can sign him out remotely https://www.microsoft.com

Sign in < go to My account < scroll down to devices

And you should be able to do it from there

Your account should not be logged in to your friends Xbox at all.
Sharing accounts is a bad idea and against the terms of service.

Changing your password should fix it.
