I'm have an issue where the store on the Xbox won't load and not all of the Microsoft websites load

Reboot your computer. Try a different browser. Reboot your WiFi/router/cable modem

Oh Xbox. Basically the same,
Well restart your xbox. Try using the edge browser instead of the store app. Reboot all your network stuff

I don't have a computer just a phone and xbox

I can see if I can check on my mom's laptop

If websites aren’t loading on a computer either then you will need to work with whoever runs your network or provides your internet connection
