Hello, I'm trying to download three game pass games directly to an external storage device that is USB plugged into my Series X. How do I do that? My internal storage is too full to download and then move it to the storage device.

If it is a Series Optimized game I’m pretty sure you can’t

If it is a back compat game then look in storage settings for the option to let the Xbox decide or just force it to always use the extrernal (my personal preference)
